Attorney John Caucutt practices is dedicated to helping injured individuals navigate the aftermath of their injuries and takes pride in standing up to big insurance companies to fight for the justice and compensation clients deserve.

John grew up in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He graduated, cum laude, from Carroll University in Waukesha with a bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in biochemistry. He went on to earn his law degree from Marquette University Law School, where he also graduated cum laude and was named to the Dean’s List four times.

While at Marquette, John was an active volunteer in the community, performing enough pro bono hours to be inducted into the Marquette Pro Bono Honor Society. These experiences have reinforced his commitment to serving clients with compassion and dedication.

A resident of Whitewater, Wisconsin, in Walworth County, John lives with his wife, who also grew up in the area, and their dog. Outside of the office, he enjoys following football and basketball, weightlifting, and spending time outdoors with his family. John also serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of Jefferson & North Walworth Counties.
