$650,000 Settlement reached for hip injuries due to an automobile crash

Steve Caya and the Nowlan Personal Injury Team obtained a settlement of $650,000 for a client who suffered injuries in both hips due to a car crash.  The insurer for the at fault driver initially denied responsibility for the injuries claiming the hip issues pre-existed the crash.

After Steve Caya deposed the insurer’s hired gun medical expert, the insurer changed its tune.
